Our Return & Refund Policy on https://ticketskg.com/ is valid for 30 days from the date of package delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
- The aircraft or accessory must be unused, un-flown, and in the original packaging.
- All factory seals, protective stickers, spare propellers, and cables must be intact.
- Custom-built FPV cinewhoop soldering or modified flight stacks are non-refundable unless verified as a factory dead-on-arrival (DOA) defect.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@ticketskg.com with your order confirmation number and detailed reason for return.
- Our team will issue an RMA number and return shipping label to our California fulfillment center.
- Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please notify us immediately within 48 hours at support@ticketskg.com with photo evidence of the outer box and payload.
